End User License Agreement

WellSpring Web — website templates and themes (one-time purchases). Draft.

1. What this covers

This agreement covers one-time purchases of WellSpring Web website templates and WordPress themes (for example the HTML templates and WordPress themes sold at wellspringweb.com/store). It does not cover ChiroFlow subscriptions, which are governed by the terms presented at chiroflow.pro.

2. License grant

• Each purchase grants a single-site, perpetual license — one license per domain.
• You may customize the template for your own practice's website.
• If you have multiple practice locations or domains, each one requires its own license. Contact us about multi-site pricing.

3. What you may not do

• Use one license on more than one domain.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template files themselves.

4. Delivery

After purchase you receive a license key and download instructions by email, and can download your files at client.wellspringweb.com.
