What's the difference between the products?+
RowanFlow is our flagship — a fully-managed, HIPAA-compliant practice platform on AWS for chiropractors, physical therapists, and combined chiro & PT clinics, with three subscription tiers (Site, Plus, Pro) covering everything from a marketing site to full clinical workflow. WordPress themes are one-time purchases if you already use WordPress or want a familiar CMS. HTML templates are the simplest option — a single file you can host anywhere with no server setup.
Is RowanFlow HIPAA-compliant? Does it store PHI?+
Yes — the Plus and Pro tiers store PHI (patient messages, intake history, SOAP notes, file uploads, etc.) and run entirely on AWS HIPAA-eligible services under a single signed Business Associate Agreement. Email goes through Amazon SES, SMS through AWS End User Messaging, file storage in S3, with an append-only audit log retained for 6 years. Payment processing uses Stripe Connect (HIPAA carve-out for financial transactions). The Site tier doesn't store PHI — it's a marketing site only — and is appropriate for practices already running clinical ops elsewhere.
Do I need technical knowledge?+
WordPress themes and HTML templates are designed to be set up without coding — just fill in the setup wizard. RowanFlow requires no technical setup at all: we host and manage the platform on AWS, you log in to your practice account and start using it.
Are there monthly fees?+
WordPress themes and HTML templates are one-time purchases (small third-party costs for hosting and domain still apply). RowanFlow is subscription-only — $99/mo (Site), $249/mo (Plus), or $449/mo (Pro). Every tier starts with a 14-day free trial: $0 today, no charge until day 15, cancel anytime. Annual billing saves ~17% ($990/$2,490/$4,490 per year). Subscriptions include hosting, the HIPAA BAA, infrastructure costs, and support — no extra third-party bills.
Can I use the template on multiple sites?+
WordPress and HTML licenses are single-site — one license per domain. If you have multiple practice locations, you'll need a separate license for each. RowanFlow subscriptions cover a single practice; contact us about multi-location pricing.
What does WellSpring Managed Hosting include?+
Managed hosting ($49/month standalone, $39/month with a bundle) covers fast web hosting for your WordPress or HTML site, SSL, monthly backups, and priority support. RowanFlow subscribers don't need this — hosting on AWS is already included in every tier.
